Pursuant to Guam Law, the information provided on this website is gathered from public records, that is case files/records relating to those persons and their cases who have meet the criteria under 9 G.C.A. §30.200(a), and whom are required to be placed onto the Family Violence Registry. Those offenders whose names appear on the registry may petition for removal from the registry only when their ten (10) year period has laspsed.
The Office of the Attorney General of Guam cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information on this website. Searches based on names are not always accurate. Offender addresses may not be accurate as the address on record will be the address that was reported at the time of the offense, and as such may have changed and our office was not provided with new information to make the registry reflect such changes.
